Gooseneck Mounting Options

Few things create a rustic mood more than a goose-necked lamp. Everyone has seen one casting its light on a barn door. As light fixtures go, they are dependable, solidly constructed and versatile. Goose-necked lamps are also great for indoor use. You can coordinate the colors of the lamps to match the room decor, connect them to a transformer so that the entire home is on a single dimmer switch, and even save money with energy-efficient LEDs. These LED lights also only use low voltage; therefore, you can install them yourself without the danger of high-voltage lamps.

There are two gooseneck mounting options generally available. The most common gooseneck mounting option is to a pole. Our pole attachments are rugged and sturdy and will stand up to the harshest weather. The other mounting option is to a wall. Indoors, we recommend using a stud finder to locate a strong place to install the lamp. Most interior walls will not support a weight of eight kilos if not attached to the stud. Outdoors, the walls of barns and similar structures is much firmer than drywall or plaster inside a home. In either case, the attachment items are just as dependable and strong as those for our pole-mounted lamps.

We have the correct gooseneck mount option for you. No matter where you intend to install your lamps, you can trust our experience to provide you the best products and service.
